Consent to Release Records

TSSA Access and Privacy Code allows members of the public to request records in TSSA’s possession. Read this page for details.

TSSA Access and Privacy Code allows members of the public to request records in TSSA’s possession. The Code also permits TSSA to refuse to release any record under certain conditions.

A member of the public (the “Requester”) may have requested the release of records submitted by you to TSSA which may fall under one of those conditions. If you provide your consent, TSSA will release the subject records to the Requester without further analysing the records or their contents.

Please request the building owner or design owner (more details available in Guideline to Access Public Information) complete the Consent to Release Records form and submit it together with your Application for Release of Public Information via the TSSA Client Portal
