- Piping Systems Installation and Test Data Report
- Alternate Piping Data Form
- Boiler External Piping Systems Installation and Test Data Report
Below is a summary of the changes:
- A separate line for refrigeration installers to record high-side and low-side pressures and temperatures and the refrigerant type in the Piping Systems Installation and Test Data Report and Alternate Piping Data Form.
- Page numbers in the three Data Reports to keep track of all pages included
- A new signature box for the visual weld examination in all three Data Reports
