New platform improves the BPV COI Portal’s technical capabilities & unifies access with TSSA Client Portal
Owners and insurers of boilers and pressure vessels (BPV) can now access the BPV Certificate of Inspection (COI) Portal from the TSSA Client Portal. The successful integration of the BPV COI Portals for Insurers and Owners with the Client Portal marks a significant milestone in improving user experience.
The migration of the BPV COI Portal to a new platform, which also hosts the Client Portal, is part of TSSA’s strategic plan to harmonize work processes and enhance customer service. In addition to unifying access to both portals, platform migration also improves the technical capabilities of the BPV COI Portal, allowing for new features that enhance functionality and support evolving business needs.
The BPV COI Portal for Owners and Insurers now includes the following new features:
- Single Sign-In: Users only need to sign in once when navigating between the BPV COI Portals and the TSSA Client Portal.
- Simplified Bulk Cancellation for Insurers: Insurers will be able to use a search function within the portal to submit bulk-cancellation requests for inventories they are no longer responsible for, eliminating the need for uploading Excel files.
- Bulk Approval of Records of Inspection (ROI): Owners and operators will be able to approve ROI’s and pay for COIs in bulk instead of individually.
- Streamlined Payment: The payment process in the BPV COI Portals for Owners will be streamlined with the simpler and user-friendly process of the Client Portal.
- Improved User Experience and Interface: Users will experience a cleaner interface and a more modernized look and feel.
