This Self-Assessment Tool is a simplified, interactive version of the algorithm that TSSA has developed to determine the risk rating of Operating Plants that are considering applying for Path 1 under the Alternate Rules for Operating Engineers. To complete the form, you will need access to the equipment information at the plant. Once you complete the form, the results displayed at the top of the page can be printed. This form is for the purposes of illustrating the Path 1 formula and does not constitute a formal application to TSSA.
