Certification Marks for Gas-, Propane- and Oil-Fired Equipment and Components
Gas-, propane- and oil-fired equipment and components must not be installed in Ontario unless they bear a certification mark of an approved certification body.
Certification marks for gas-, propane- and oil-fired equipment where a nationally recognized standard exists can be applied by a certification body accredited by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC). Visit the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) for a complete list of certification bodies, recognized listing marks and contact information.
