The lifting of regulatory exemption for agricultural boilers and pressure vessels (BPVs) took effect on July 1, 2021. To help owners and operators of new and existing agricultural BPV equipment that fall under O. Reg. 220/01 meet compliance obligations, TSSA has provided the following self-service guidance in three modules.
