The Technical Standards and Safety Act governs the administration of public safety in the Province of Ontario. Supporting this are numerous documents including adoptions to the current codes and director's orders, which aim at keeping industry standards where they need to be to ensure public safety. What follows is a repository of these documents for reference.
Current Code Adoption Document (CAD)

The Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) adopts codes and standards and select Director's Orders for amusement devices through the Code Adoption Document (CAD) in accordance with the following regulations that apply to amusement devices under the Act:
- Ontario Regulation 187/03: Certification and Training of Amusement Device Mechanics
- Ontario Regulation 221/01: Amusement Devices Regulation
Bungee ride or bungee-type devices as referenced in part 6 of the CAD shall comply with the Canadian Bungee Code of Safe Practice.
