Operating and licensing |
In accordance with Regulation 221/01 under the Technical Standards and Safety Act, you must complete the Application for an Ontario Initial Permit to Operate an Amusement Device for any amusement device being operated in a public venue. A permit is not required for operating an amusement device on private property.
