TSSA has implemented a COVID-19 Vaccination Policy, effective as of October 8, 2021. The policy outlines TSSA’s position regarding vaccination and disclosure of vaccination status for TSSA staff, contractors, vendors, visitors and regulated parties. Sections 10 and 14 apply to contractors, vendors, visitors and regulated parties.
COVID-19 Attestation is required to visit TSSA office (or in limited circumstances sitting exams at the office).TSSA’s COVID-19 Vaccination Policy requires all contractors, vendors, visitors and/or regulated parties who attend TSSA premises or will be working in close proximity with TSSA staff (within 6 feet or 2 metres for more than 15 minutes) to provide proof to TSSA by attestation that they are fully vaccinated; or they have tested negative for COVID-19 by using a rapid-antigen test or PCR test which was taken within 48 hours of their attendance. This includes any person who has a scheduled meeting or examination at TSSA. The Letter of Attestation should be downloaded, completed and emailed to TSSAHR@tssa.org at least 24 hours before your scheduled meeting time or expected time of arrival.

Examinations |
All Contractor, Vendors, Visitors and/or Regulated Parties who attend TSSA premises must provide proof to TSSA by attestation that they are fully vaccinated; or they have tested negative for COVID-19 by using a rapid-antigen test or PCR test which was taken within 48 hours of their attendance. This includes any person who has a scheduled meeting or examination at TSSA.
