IT system upgrade affects service and response times from February 22 to March 1
As part of TSSA’s commitment to modernize and simplify our services, we’re implementing an upgraded IT solution. As a result, some of TSSA’s services may be limited and responses times may be delayed from Monday, February 22 to Monday, March 1. In addition, TSSA can not receive and respond to emails sent to Customer Services during this time.
Where possible, customers are encouraged to limit their requests for non urgent services and support until regular operations resume March 1. If you require immediate assistance, please call Customer Services at 1-877-682-8772.
