The Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services underscored its commitment to rebuilding consumer confidence in Ontario with the release of a new report.
The publication, Rebuilding Consumer Confidence, highlights what the Ministry has done to protect Ontarians in 2019 as well as its future initiatives, which are reinforced by Ontario’s administrative authorities.

Propane Risk Ranking and Inspection Cycle

The Ministry of Government and Consumer Services amended Ontario Regulation O.Reg 211/01 (Propane Storage and Handling) in 2015 removing the annual inspection requirements of licensed propane storage and handling facilities by the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA).
