Certificate of Inspection
A Certificate of Inspection is required for each regulated boiler or pressure vessel before it is put into operation.
Upon satisfactory completion of each installation, periodic and alteration inspection, a Certificate of Inspection is issued to permit the boiler or pressure vessel to operate.
The Certificate of Inspection must be posted near the boiler or pressure vessel to which it relates.
It is an offence to operate a boiler or pressure vessel without a Certificate of Inspection.
