Incident Investigation Inspections
General
TSSA staff conduct investigations at the site of any boiler, pressure vessel, pressure piping or fitting related incident and also provide support to other Regulatory agencies when required.
Contact your local TSSA Inspector if you are aware of an incident occurring in a facility.
