Release of Records
TSSA will release information from our records, in accordance with the TSSA Access and Privacy Code, for the following record types:
 INDIVIDUAL RECORDS
This is information that is contained in a single record and can be provided verbally, by telephone, at no charge, or in written/hard copy format for a fee.

TSSA will determine whether the information can be released consistent with our Access & Privacy Code, and will advise you of our decision, the cost to fulfill the request, and whether we require a deposit.
Before we can begin to retrieve the information, we will require written confirmation from you regarding time frame for delivery, cost and deposit (if required). Every effort will be made to respond to your request within 10 working days of receipt of your acceptance of the terms and costs.

This is information obtained in bulk from our computer database. If you would like to make this type of request, you must complete an Application for Database Product. To obtain a copy, please call TSSA toll-free at 1-877-682-TSSA (8772).

TSSA will determine the availability of the information, and whether we can fulfill the request. Every effort will be made to respond within 10 working days of receipt of the request. If your request is denied, we will respond in writing, with reasons for the refusal.
If the request is accepted, we will verbally advise you of acceptance and fees to be charged within 10 working days of receipt of the request. Fees will be determined on a case by case basis. A non-refundable charge of $120.00 applies to research and review a request.
A contract will be available for signature within 15 working days of TSSA's and the requester's acceptance of the terms of the contract.
We require written confirmation of your acceptance of the terms and deposit (if applicable) before we start information retrieval.
